May 24, 2020 · Typically when we're giving B52's we will give two injections, a benadryl and a 'Haldivan' (Haldol/Ativan). Always goes a lot smoother using a larger guage needle with the 'haldivan' mixture as well since Ativan is such a thicc boy.
that rack mounted cable leg extension machine is cool! I've only seen a few implementations of cable leg extensions. The cable tension at the end of the ROM looks lacking though.
